"I have been a client with Chuck now for over 45 Years. During that time both he and his office have acted in a caring, personal, dedicated and extremely professional attitude. Whenever I call the office, all the people that answer to phone are always attentive and responsive to my needs and wants. I recently moved out of state and some adjustments had to be made to my policies. Adding and deleting certain parts. I converted from a monthly plan to a semi-annual plan. I started receiving bills directly from the home office and the changes that should have been made were never adjusted. I have been working with Shelly S. in Chuck's office. She took control of the situation and straighten out the entire problem. She was to say the least "unbelievable" She sent me an email that described in detail what was done (by the home office), where the previous payments I had made were and what I had to do to straighten everything out.
