"I have been a client with Chuck now for over 45 Years. During that time both he and his office have acted in a caring, personal, dedicated and extremely professional attitude. Whenever I call the office, all the people that answer to phone are always attentive and responsive to my needs and wants. I recently moved out of state and some adjustments had to be made to my policies. Adding and deleting certain parts. I converted from a monthly plan to a semi-annual plan. I started receiving bills directly from the home office and the changes that should have been made were never adjusted. I have been working with Shelly S. in Chuck's office. She took control of the situation and straighten out the entire problem.
